Permatron Easy Flow Electrostatic Furnace Filter

The Permatron Easy Flow Electrostatic Air Filter provides the same excellent filtration as the Permatron DustEater, but the Easy Flow offers lower resistance to air flow, which is beneficial for older furnaces and some heat pumps. If you are not sure which Permatron is better for you, please check your furnace's owner's manual or call the manufacturer of your HVAC unit. Even though it is necessary to omit one layer of filter material in one stage of filtration to lower resistance and strain on your furnace, the Easy Flow still maintains an excellent particle arrestance of 82%. In addition, the Easy Flow uses the same unique Accumulator Chamber as the DustEater to provide efficient three-stage filtration that reduces indoor pollutants helping to relieve many allergy symptoms. Turbulence and electrostatic forces cause small particles to fuse into larger particles so that they are trapped in the Accumulator Chamber. Any small particles that make it through are held in the second panel. Then cleaning is a snap – just rinse the filter under running water every month or so. For extra cleaning power, use Nu-Stat, a great permanent furnace filter cleaning agent that really cuts dirt and grease (listed below). Installation is easy, too. Just slide your old HVAC filter out and slide the Permatron filter in. These filters have strong metal frames and carry a Lifetime Mfr. Warranty.
And there is a welcome extra benefit - you not only get relief from many allergy symptoms, but housecleaning will be easier because there simply won't be as much dust. For best results, leave your furnace fan running year round so that air will continuously go through the filter.

NOTES: - High efficiency furnace filters only catch what is circulating in your home’s air. But once the air has passed through the furnace filter, it still has to travel through the ductwork. Our special vent filters (Item #30-1000) listed below attach to the supply vent (register) in your bedroom as a further protection from dust and allergens that have accumulated in your home’s ductwork. They’re an inexpensive way to help your bedroom further become an “allergy safe zone”.
