Although we manufacture our own encasings and use zippers of the highest quality, many doctors recommend taping the zipper of mattress and pillow encasings for best protection. This 3M Nexcare Gentle Micropore Tape is made of non-woven rayon and is a sturdy paper that easily comes off with no residue when you want to wash your encasing. You get 10 yards of tape that is one inch wide for full zipper coverage. (Please note: This tape is not recommended for BedCare Basics encasings since they are made from a non-woven material, and the tape will adhere too tightly and possibly cause damage.)
